I really liked the helpful and friendly staff at the hotel. They were always willing to assist and answer any questions I had. Another positive aspect was the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated close to both the lakefront and the main train station, making it easy to explore the city. having a kitchenette in the room was a great advantage. It allowed me to prepare meals and store food and drinks in the fridge.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues or questions. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay.

The breakfast options were limited, with only basic cereals and no fresh fruit. It was disappointing to have to pay extra for cooked eggs or other hot items.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient. Everything I needed, from supermarkets to transportation, was right around the corner. There was even a playground and a lake within walking distance. The breakfast was great, offering a full meal and delicious hot chocolate. The kitchenware in the kitchenette was excellent, and the cleaning staff even did the dishes. The currency exchange option and weather reports were nice additions, as well as the free shoebrush machine in the hall. The WiFi was excellent, and the hotel was close to tram stops, shops, and restaurants.

The best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff, the convenient location near the city center and the lake, and the availability of transportation options. The rooms were well-equipped with a small kitchen, making our stay more comfortable. the breakfast provided was satisfactory and the hotel had quiet rooms.
